Reservation Service Policy

At Seascape Villas Belize, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure a seamless reservation experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of making a reservation with us.

2. Making a Reservation

Reservations can be made via our website, over the phone, or in person. We require the following information to secure your reservation:

Full name
Contact information
Date and time of reservation
Number of guests

3. Reservation Confirmation

Upon making a reservation, you will receive confirmation via email or SMS. Please review the details carefully and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Reservations can be canceled up to 30 days before the scheduled time without any charge. Cancellations made after this period may incur a fee.

5. Late Arrivals

We kindly request that you arrive on time for your reservation. We can hold your table for up to 9PM after the reserved time. Late arrivals beyond this period may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

6. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive for your reservation without prior notice is considered a no-show. Seascape Villas Belize reserves the right to charge a no-show fee as outlined in our cancellation policy.

7. Special Requests

We will do our best to accommodate special requests made at the time of reservation. However, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.

8. Modifications to Reservations

Any changes to the date, time, or number of guests should be made at least 30 days prior to the reservation. Modifications are subject to availability.

9. Resort Transfer Cancellation Policy

We are pleased to offer comfortable and reliable transfer services to and from the resort. To ensure an efficient experience for all guests and to honor the time of our local drivers, please review our cancellation policy:

Booking & Confirmation

Transfers must be scheduled in advance through our reservations or front desk team.
Once confirmed, a driver is assigned and reserves that time exclusively for you.

Cancellations

You may cancel your scheduled transfer up to 24 hours before your confirmed pick-up time at no charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up time or no-shows will incur the full transfer fee.
