Policies

A reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit of 50% of the full rental amount has been paid in advance. You may make your payment by certified check, international money order, American Express, Visa or Master Card.

Full payment is due 30 days prior to the starting date of the rental period. Refunds of deposits are only possible when canceling 45 days or more prior to arrival and are subject to a $50 US per unit service charge. If the cancellation is between 31 and 44 days prior to arrival, there will be a 50% refund of your deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or less will receive no refund. For bookings during holiday seasons (Dec. 22 - Jan 4, 2008; March 22 – 28, 2008; Nov 22 – 28, 2008.) full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival and there is no refund within the 60 days prior to arrival if your reservation is canceled for whatever reason.

All rates are in U.S. Dollars (USD $) and include applicable taxes. All prices are correct as of June 30, 2008, but are subject to change without notice. Gratuities are not included. The entire villa rents for the price listed, packages and multiple villa rentals are available upon request. Massage services, personal chef, provisioning and other optional services incur an additional fee.
