Prices are quoted in US dollars. 9% Hotel Tax will be added. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as payment.

Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of 50% guarantees a reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the start of the rental period. Refunds of deposits are only possible when canceling 45 days or more prior to arrival date and are subject to a $50 USD per villa service charge.
50 % Refund of deposit if the cancellation is between 31 & 44 days prior to arrival.
No Refund if cancellation is 30 days or less prior to arrival.
For Peak Season (Holiday) bookings full payment is required 90 days prior to arrival with no refund 60 days prior to arrival if your reservation is canceled for whatever reason.
Gratuities are not included.
Multiple villas are available upon request.
